Introduction

This seminar is dedicated to the local content /capacity development issues and policies in the Republic of Kazakhstan and other resource-rich countries. It is designed by the Kazakh-British Centre for Competitiveness of KBTU and Henley Business School of the University of Reading with participation of the JSC “National agency for local content development”.
