A new report to the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy from the Parliamentary Advisory Group on Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) published today, advises that that the UK should kickstart CCS in order to save consumers billions a year from the cost of meeting climate change targets.
